By using nyzvision.com, NyzMind, NyzWind, Veilwind, NyzBind, or NyzCorp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

NYZ Vision is an independent ecosystem built and developed by Nabil Meljane. These terms cover all products under it.

You are responsible for the account you use to sign in to NyzMind and for keeping your credentials safe.

Do not use the products to break the law, harass people, attempt to extract system prompts or private keys, or abuse the services in a way that degrades them for others.

We may suspend access for accounts that abuse the products.

NYZ is an AI. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

NyzWind is a game in active development — features and content may change between versions.

Veilwind is an online game — worlds, seasonal rankings, and features evolve over time. Game accounts and gameplay data are covered by its own privacy policy at /veilwind/privacy.

NyzBind books and previews are copyrighted creative works. You may read them on this site; you may not republish or redistribute them.

NyzCorp demo requests are expressions of interest, not a binding contract. Final terms for business deployments are agreed separately.

NYZ Vision, NyzMind, NyzWind, Veilwind, NyzBind, NyzCorp, and their content — code, art, books, and design — are owned by Nabil Meljane unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the messages you send. You grant us the right to process and store them so the products can function.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYZ Vision is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.

These terms may be updated as the ecosystem grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
